A fog-line crossing gave probable cause to stop this commercial carrier; a roughly one-hour detention held up because the officer had DOT commercial-inspection authority plus reasonable suspicion; and the driver’s consent to search was voluntary.

Lockhart v. State
Observed weaving and centerline crossings give probable cause to stop — even if the dashcam misses the crossing; a driver’s refusal to test is admissible as consciousness of guilt bearing on intoxication; and prior DWI convictions come in at sentencing to prove a felony-enhanced repeat offense, not substantive guilt.
