Purchased but content is locked?
Make sure you’re signed in to the account you bought with, then tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
Switching phones, or using an iPad too?
Your login runs on one device at a time with limited switches (anti-sharing, not an Apple/Google rule). Working two devices legitimately? Email us and we’ll set your account up for both.
LE verification for the free scanner
Verify with your agency work email in the app. No work email? The app offers a manual-review path.
Cancel a subscription
App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
Delete your account
In-app Settings → Delete Account, or see the account-deletion page.
