Delete your StreetSense account

ANDROID · GOOGLE PLAY ACCOUNT DELETION

StreetSense is published by MNS Industries, LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data. It applies to StreetSense on Android through Google Play.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open StreetSense.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

By email

Send a request to nick@mnsindustriesllc.com from the email address on your StreetSense account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your email address and name
  • Your law-enforcement verification status, agency or department, and any verification materials you submitted
  • Your selected jurisdiction and in-app preferences
  • Server-side records associated with your account

What is not deleted, and why

Your purchase belongs to your Google Play account, not to your StreetSense account. Deleting your StreetSense account does not cancel a subscription and does not refund a purchase.

  • To cancel a subscription: Google Play → Subscriptions.
  • If you create a new account later, tap Restore Purchases to reattach an existing entitlement.

Purchase records held by Google Play and by our payment processor are retained by those providers under their own terms and their own retention periods.

Anonymous crash and diagnostic reports are not linked to your identity and cannot be attributed back to you after deletion. They are retained for up to 90 days.

Temp-tag scans are processed on your device and are not stored on our servers.
